Probably one of the worst customer service departm...
Probably one of the worst customer service departments we have ever come across...
We scheduled an appointment for service on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 to have someone to come to our place, that was suppose to be on Friday, January 27 between 8:30-4:30.
We called 3 times to ask when the service tech might possibly show up and was told "we just put out a call to the tech, we will let you know shortly". As 4:30 pm came about we called again to make sure that the scheduled appointment was going to be honoured only to find out that it was changed without our knowledge to January 31.
We have been without our fridge since the 24th, had to through out all our food that needed to be refrigerated. This is no way to run a customer service department or treat customers.
I can 100% say that I will no longer by LG products and do my best to discourage anyone I talk to.
Life is not Good.
