I called Door Doctor on December 23, 2015. I was not expecting service until after the holidays. The woman I spoke with had difficulty understanding my name. After providing my contact information, she told me that someone would call me to set up an appointment. Today is now December 30th and I've heard nothing. I easily arranged an appointment with another company. I won't be dealing with Door Doctor any time soon.
