Appalling customer service.
When we joined GNE they used incorrect meter readings.This meant we paid for fuel we didn't use with GNE and were unable to receive a refund due from our old supplier.
Now we have left them,they have once again used an incorrect meter reading for the final bill.
This means we have paid them for fuel we have not even used yet.
We have twice been billed for fuel used from two suppliers because of GNE's incompetence.
They consistently fail to address problems they create.
Glad we are leaving them and will never use them again.
Our new supplier has issued our bill using the correct meter reading.
My negative review is concerning not the meter reading,but your lack of response when issues are raised,not just once,but many times.
