I went in to check out my options a few months ago and had the worst experience. The salesman had no interest in helping me find what I needed in a vehicle. I have joint problems and had certain features I absolutely needed. I tried explaining this but all he cared about was running my information. I have excellent credit and money was not an issue for me but it s all he was focused on. We eventually looked at 2 vehicles and I test drove one. I was told this vehicle would be available with tailgate assist. He insisted on running a soft credit check without verifying they could even get me the car I needed. After running my credit, I received an alert that it was actually a hard inquiry from my credit monitoring service. After an hour of him being a pushy salesman, he comes back to tell me that the car they were running my information for doesn t actually have any of the features I was promised available. At this point I decided it was time to leave. He told me he wanted me to meet the manager but I declined. He said no worries then asked if he could give me one of his business cards. I agreed but instead he ran off to get the manager after I told him I had no interest. I immediately went down the road to Mazda who put me in a wonderful CX-5 with every feature I needed. This was months ago, however the Jeep dealership continues to contact me after I have asked them multiple times to stop, even to the point that I woke up from a text message from them this morning. I will never do business with them or recommend them to any friends. I would greatly appreciate if they deleted all of my information from their system.
