Come this Saturday, September 17 at the Flunch in Lille, we ordered a steak and a sirloin steak, and we were given two bipper. At the reception of the first beeper by the cook, the flunch employee has reversed my order with that of my companion who has waited more than 50 minutes his false net. I was later able to observe bad faith from some flunch employees when I pointed out their mistake. Their only commercial gesture was to offer me a coffee that I did not ask.
The least of it would have been to pay me back the false net at 9euros95 immediately, because the service was not at all at the rendezvous.
Very disappointed by this restaurant that I come to often and usually irreproachable service.
After two very long discussions my girlfriend was finally reimbursed and was able to finish her false net an hour later ...
It took a lot of fighting and I do not find that normal
