I had an earlier review applauding the dealership and its service. However, when my Honda Fit was brought in for servicing yesterday, June 9, 2020, the lady who took my call to find out the status of my service was extremely rude. She sounded as if I was bothering her. She may be having a bad day or something but you certainly do NOT take it out on customers. I hope this is not the norm but it left a bad taste in my mouth.
