Did not appreciate being told before hand that as the father of a scared 14 year old daughter, that it would be fine if I came back with her to calm her nerves before the procedure only to be told no when we got there. They then decided it best to have me come back in from outside to indeed get her to calm down. Don't lie just to keep customers from finding somewhere else to have dental work.
