I've always had an excellent experience with Autobarn Mazda for servicing my two Mazdas. The personnel is helpful, attentive and go out of their way to please. I also feel assured that my cars receive optimal service, and the parts that are specified for my year and model. The downside is that the cost of dealer service still seems way too high, but that, I suspect, is a perennial concern with most everyone. Once a car is out of warranty, I suspect this is less of an issue. I would highly recommend Autobarn for service needs. The only concern I have is that their physical facility is far too small to accommodate their service needs. I learned however that they are moving to a new, and much large service facility in, hopefully, a year's time; not in Evanston, but close by.
