Taj city center, Gurgaon: My partner spilled cold ...

Taj city center, Gurgaon: My partner spilled cold coffee today and the staff did not do anything to make us feel comfortable.. we can drink coffee at a CCD or Barrista but we come to a 5-Star property for service! I had to myself change the table and carry my cup of cafe latte.. one good thing, we were not charged for the cold coffee, thanks! No cheerful faces were seen except for the guards. And please get an architect to mend your washroom doors.. the designer handles are not user friendly and I had shared this with Manager, Rajesh that my hand got hurt. #Customerservicegoals yet to be achieved at Taj City center, Gurgaon- Priya Deovanshi
