I made an appt in the service department to have some recall issues dealt with. Eddie King told me it would take about an hour and forty-five minutes. After I waited an hour I noticed that my car hadn't moved from the driveway. Nobody bothered to tell me they were running an hour ( or who knows how long) late. I just had to leave without having the repairs done
