Review of Sheraton Suites Plantation

Parking was confusing, signage to front entrance very unclear. Hotel is under construction.

Rude customer service when I called to ask about details for our room.

Have waited 2+ hours for an extra pillow and blanket for the pull out bed.

Room service was bland and Luke warm.

Not happy.
