drove 4 hours to attend concert- hotel is within walking distance. Arrived at 3 p.m. room was not available for check-in until midnight! Due to not enough cleaning staff. Hotel manager not present. Parked where security parking attendant told us to park. Received phone call an hour into the concert to come move our vehicle or it will be towed! Check out still no manager on duty. Was told he would be in at 2 p.m. Manager did contact us next day and credit 1/2 of billed charge.
