Pros: Great resort for 7day vacation and business ...

Pros: Great resort for 7day vacation and business meetings. It was very relaxing and fully accommodating. We reserved a hotel room and when we arrived our room was booked out to a large conference. So, we were upgraded to a BEAUTIFUL 1 bedroom ocean front casita!! Fully loaded. We loved eating out onto the balcony every day listening to the ocean and basking in the beautiful view

Cons: very unorganized, for the high traffic there wasn't enough staffing for transportation and checking out. There were 4 desk clerks and 2 were checking guests in and out. And out of the 2, one was handling a difficult guest. Valet was way to congested car everywhere they do need to work in a more organized way on parking cars, an in and out method. The restaurants and room service is pricey

Overall there were little things that were negative but the trip in itself was a great experience.
