The staff was friendly upon our arrival. -- False advertising in available amenities. -- The greeter outside Jon our arrival was very pleasant and helpful -- An area dedicated to entertaining kids would be nice, perhaps minigolf or a bouncehouse. A way to reach the pool and exercise room without having to walk through a parking garage would be good. -- Hotel was under construction. We were not warned of this. We paid full price for a room with truck backing up noises at night. The mini-golf that was advertised was not available. To get to the pool we needed to walk through a parking garage. The room started out without the necessary amenities such as matches to light the fireplace, adequate sheets and pillows, shampoo and bath soap. The new columns in the parking garage made finding a space all but impossible. The worst thing though, was definitely not being informed ahead of time about the minigolf being closed and having to walk through the parking garage to get to the pool. This really cheapened the experience for all of us. -- Hotel was under construction. We were not warned of this. We paid full price for a room with truck backing up noises at night.
