Amazingly poor management and rude staff!

Amazingly poor management and rude staff!
Tried to have lunch today. My wife and I have been waiting for 40 min. When we brought this matter to the manager s attention she has been arguing that waiting time was only 36 minutes! She told us that we may leave and gave us no apologies.
We just left. Do not recommend to anybody.
