The staff is so ignorant they're more interested in staring at their phone and hanging out with each other. If you bring in your own clothes, they'll disappear after the first wash. Food, forget it, it's stolen. My mom called me crying at 730 am because nobody had emptied my dads catheter for over 12 hours and it was leaking all over the floor. When she called the nurses station they told her she'd have to WAIT for someone to come in on the next shift. I had to go over there one night at midnight because nobody would help my father and yes, I had to sneak in the building. This place is horrible. They do have really good commercials though.
