I wish instead of stars there was an option for less than that.

This has been one of the worse experiences we have ever had. I usually give businesses the opportunity to make it right and in this case I did.

I spoke with Teresa the President's assistant who gave Al's number "the manager". Well he was just as rude and unpleasant as the rest of the staff. These people are order takers and they deceive applicants.

Usually you have one bad apple but this seems to be their business culture. Teresa was very nice but I do not know if the President is aware of the people he has working for him/her.
