If I could give more stars I would. Excellent store - excellent customer service! Clearly our experience at this store is on par with the other reviews posted here, but I still wanted to leave a note. Starting with Darrell, who's service was above and beyond in helping us (us being parents with absolutely zero guitar experience) buy our son's first acoustic 8 months ago; to Frank who helped us with the purchase of his first electric 4 months later; to Cody, who took time out of his busy night to teach him re-stringing and maintenance - with excellent tips and tricks... and every staff member in between that was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I believe that their support has helped to foster a true love of guitar that will stay with him forever - thank you!
