Incompetence does not even describe the level of the staff on the 3rd floor icu. They sent my mother home filthy , it smelled as if they bathed her in her own urine. the idiot nurse says "by the way your mom has a nasty uti and a yeast infection. and did not even clean her up. terrible people. my mom is 91 and they left her sitting in a chair since before breakfast. when i got there to pick her up, she was passed out in a chair by her bedside. instead of laying in a comfortable bed. i believe they treated my mother poorly because i had complaints of their " ineptness". and the doofus surgeon was admitting his lack of expertise of pacemaker implants. i just don't get it. these people are either vile individuals or just all around quacks, and wanna be's. act professional and treat people with respect and you wont get crap reviews. i will never soil the bottom of my shoes on genesys property. the other thing is; if they took time out of their important conversations with each other maybe the lobby will be less full of patients. do your job respectfully and professional lazy people, because you set the example of the inept toad that works on you if your sorriness makes it to 91
