Apparently are no longer butchers. Asked for meat to be sliced so I could make jerky. Told me cant cut meat thin, I can see in the counter infront of them, thin cut veal. I point this out and said can you cut it just like that. I have peices that are 1/2 , 1/4 and 5/8 thick. But not consistent in the same slice. Last time I used Fortinos I'll have to return to them for future purchases
