I had to leave the practice a couple years ago due to losing my job and insurance issues. I tried to call back to finally be able to return to the practice. I was told once you leave you can t come back . Really??? This was out of my control. So much for living up to their putting patients first motto. Situations happen in life that are not necessarily in our control. I could not afford to continue to go there when I was without a job. Disgusting they can not understand patient s situations. I guess the practice has changed since I used to go there so I m glad I found out now they no longer seek to understand their patients as people. Sad.
