Finding an apartment during the Coronavirus Pandemic of 2020 was less stressful than I expected due to the Key Realty Group s online platform and the agent they assigned to me, Greg Germagian.

For one, I was able to use their database to scout locations, which was helpful enough. However, once Greg reached out to me to follow up on my interest in renting a place, I felt very confident in the process because our communications were partly mediated through Key Realty Group s online platform, which made the process feel much more secure than alternatives like Apartment.com, Reddit, Craigslist, etc.

I never felt rushed or misdirected by Greg, and he was able to schedule in-person viewings of several apartments on a Wednesday evening after a few calls. I got email responses from him within a few hours at most. He navigated through some of the difficulties of showing an apartment during the pandemic without losing his cool. I could give more details, but suffice it to say, rental properties were not making his job any easier with how they were handling contactless sharing of apartment keys.

I was able to not pay a broker s fee on the apartment I ended up settling in. Free parking spot as well. Paperwork and payment went smoothly and with no surprises.

I would definitely recommend him to someone looking for a place in the Greater Boston Area.
