Poor execution, support and professionalism overal...

Poor execution, support and professionalism overall. Have several Beutler units over 15 years old and they seem far more interested in providing services and parts marked up astronomically or doing a hard sell on a new unit to "save" you money. Their systems are propreitary and they will not sell the parts without their "service". tl/dr - avoid them
