This place has really went down. I have stayed here a number of times this year alone. Last time I stayed (April 2017) I had a few issues. Was checked into a dirty room at 1am. First desk staff was rude and slow to fix the issue. This time (Aug 2017) I only stopped because I wanted to relax in the hot tub, it was only 2pm when I stopped. I check in, eat, shower and relax a little, then go to the hot tub to find it not working, was ice cold. The pool was warmer. When I said something to the front desk she claimed to call someone, but it still isn't hot. This is the last time I will stay here, I will be looking elsewhere when I come thru El Paso. To bad too! I really liked this hotel and location.
