Where to start... LG customer service staff are nothing but liars and scammers !!!!!!!!!!! My $2,000.00 3D TV's screen quit and went black so I called LG.. I was told "No worries we will fix your tv and there will be no charge to you. The entire repairs will be paid for 100 % by LG. The next day my tv was picked up. Upon it's return I asked if it was fixed. I was told nope. The tv needs a new panel so you have to call LG. I called and tore a strip of the idiots for 2 hours. I was finally told to email them the receipt and they would decide what to do with my tv and get back to me. 2 weeks later I come home to a voice mail message saying all the repairs on my tv are complete !!! I was FURIOUS as the non working tv was still sitting in my damn living room so I called the idiots again. After getting disconnected twice I finally talked to ACE (Yup another LG idiot) who I told that I don't give a damn what's wrong with the tv, they better damn well fix it since I was origionally told all the repairs were covered by LG 100%. Finally, after another lengthy conversation ACE GARANTEES ME that she has just scheduled my tv to go in and be fixed and she has authorized the repair shop to fix whatever is wrong and if it can't be fixed it is to be replaced all paid for by LG.... The repair shop says they have never been given that authorization and can't do anything about my tv. Now my calls are ignored.... I for one and simply filing a law suit against LG for ANY AND ALL COSTS ASCOTIATED WITH GETTING MY TV REPLACED including the purchase price of that paperweight I bought off the scammers in the first place... I WILL NEVER BUY OR ALLOW ANYONE ELSE THAT I KNOW OR HAVE DEALINGS WITH TO BUY ANY LG PRODUCT !!! I hope this crooked bunch of scammers goes broke and I would LOVE to help that happen..... They do nothing to help customers and their product is garbage... I found that out the hard way
