I bring my guitars here routinely for set-ups and other work, also to shop for new gear every now and then. I refuse to go anywhere else. Each and every team member goes above and beyond what you'd expect to find at a music store. Their guitar tech does a fantastic job every time. Great selection of gear for sale, and not to mention a welcome feeling the minute you walk in. The type of environment you don't typically find at any retail store.
