I drive 40 miles and pass other Hyundai dealerships for service because of the excellent service here at Jim Ellis. The process, from setting an appointment to leaving the dealership, is exceptional. All of the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. The waiting area is pleasant and the amenities are appreciated. This is my third Hyundai purchased at this dealership and all have been serviced here even though there is a dealership within 5 miles of my home. That's how good this dealership is!!
