Terrible!!! My son was beat up and didn't have his driver's license or cell phone. He was seen by a doctor and released. He requested to use their phone to call us for help and they denied him. We have great health insurance and they treated him like a dog. I called and they were no help at all. One kind heart let him use their cell phone.
