Great initial meeting. Lots of promises about quality of service, etc., etc., etc.

Day of the move, April 27th, I'm waiting for a moving van and a 26' local haul truck shows up. All they know is they are to load my stuff to take it to the Livermore warehouse and unload it. WTF?! That's not what I contracted for.

Called the guy who made all the promises (John Mack) and finally got a call back with some story about the driver assigned to haul our stuff was a no show. He will "work on it and get back to me". And that's the last I've heard from him.

Ultimately talked to Bekins corporate customer service and found out that a driver was never scheduled. Good job Tri Valley Bekins. Screw up and then lie about it.

Unfortunately a driver was not available until May 6th which was 2 days past the latest original contracted delivery date. Finally got our stuff today, May 9th.

DO NOT use this company for your move.
