We had an amazing experience with Ella and wanted to express how grateful we are for her excellent service on July 28th at Honda of Hayward. Unlike most sales agents, Ella was patience with us and did not pressure us to buy anything. She even went above and beyond her call of duties to help us track down the second key for our new van even when she was out sick. We will definitely recommend her service and Honda of Hayward to our friends and family if they ever need help with a new car!
