If you know what s good for you don t come to this place as an employee or resident if you want to stay alive. Always understaffed especially on the dementia unit where those people need constant supervision. Residents are not properly looked after. I worked there and the conditions are appalling. Dirty carpet that smells like mildew when they attempt to clean it outdated equipment that sometimes works and during 3rd shift they cut the air conditioning on even though it s cold outside leaving employees and residents freezing. Extremely poor management and they allow felons to be on staff as well. There is a handful of employees who actually care and do their jobs very well but trust me the bad definitely outweighs the good.
