Worst customer service I have ever encountered, i had booked a warranty call for a 6 month old 55''LCD smart TV. Once it was booked we got a call the following day saying they had to cancel the appointment due to not having a technician available to come out. They rescheduled the appointment again and on the day they where suppose to show up they called a few hours before saying they had to cancel because they where busy. Called head office in Toronto to speak with a manager or Supervisor in customer support and he was as helpful as the incompetent people that work below him, The person i spoke with in head office in Toronto is named Josh he's apparently the Supervisor/Manager in customer support. DONT BUY NOTHING FROM LG AS YOU WILL HAVE THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ANY WARRANTY WORK YOU MIGHT NEED. I bought this tv from Costco and I'm glad I did as i have up to a year to return it.
