Thank you W.E.S..!! On Friday evening, 01102014 our gas powered water heater sprung a leak. Early Saturday morning I started calling various repair services for assistance. Most places I called I was talking to a machine. But when I called the number for W.E.S. I was greeted with a human response.. thank you Sam (and Dale) for your efforts. And then within a couple of hours we had W.E.S. truck in our driveway. The man with the truck was named Chris. This note is mostly to praise Chris, not only for the quality of the work he provided, but also with his personable attitude and knowledge of the complexities of his job. In fact, it was he who offered an alternate idea for re-installation that we were not aware of.. namely, we wanted to replace our heater with one of the tankless varieties. Indications earlier were that we would have to wait up to a week for that to happen, but Chris offered that we could have a temporary heater installed, and use it until W.E.S. could come back and swap that out for the tankless model. So Chris wrapped things up on Saturday, then came back on Sunday with the temporary heater.. he promptly installed it and insured us we would get contact from W.E.S. regards the purchase and installation of a tankless heater. Thank you Chris.. you are a true asset to your profession. Buzzy
