Purchase process was absolutely amazing. Staff and service was great until just prior to possession where deficiency list work was redone poorly or not at all. Losani site crews were great, but office and administrative staff continually delayed on repairs until they were able to push it onto tarion. Tarion does not cover many things losani was supposed to fix initially (like squeaks in your floor). Our whole house creaks like an old boat. Driveway Pavement took 1.5 YEARS for installation. Our losani houses were the first to be built on the street the absolute last ones to get grass and pavement by many months.
If you do choose losani, make sure every issue you have is promptly conveyed to losani in writing and that you follow up constantly until you get firm responses for date and time. It will take a lot of correspondence.
