Thie turnover in doctors speaks for itself. The office staff is unorganized and unfriendly. They failed to check me in and then failed to tell me the doctor wasn t even there 45 minutes later.
Took my son there for a sick visit when we were new to the area a few years ago. Decided to go ahead and begin receiving care there for well-visits, etc. . I ve been very unpleased since then. If you re the kind of parent that wants to be involved in the decision making process for your child, this isn t the place for you. If you re the kind of parent who wants things explained as they re being done to your child, this isn t the place for you. If you want minimal invasion of your privacy, this isn t the place for you. The doctor we saw tried to get my 3 year old to come back only a month after his 3 year visit for a vaccine that isn t given until 4 years. The office setting is very cold and unfriendly. Some of the receptionists and nurses are friendly. Most are cold and to the point. The setting is cold and unfriendly...especially considering it is a pediatric office! I left my child s last well visit feeling very uncomfortable, and we won t be back.
Very displeased with office managers. I took my daughter in for a well check. Charged me $200+ for a sick visit then would not give her vaccines due to it now being a sick visit . So I have to come back the following day for her to get shots and charged for second visit. I d suggest little clinic at Kroger s for sick calls.
