Was there for 15 minutes visiting an elderly friend. The nurse and OT left her exposed with her door wide open, weren't wearing appropriate protective equipment, didn't wash hands between patients, didn't wash hands before passing meds. Called the nurse supervisor (Alicia sp?) Who didn't seem to care and tried to argue with me. Place is a joke. They used to have a good reputation....sad to see they've succumbed to making money more important than the safety of their residents.
