Appointment to get my vehicle oil change done at 8...

Appointment to get my vehicle oil change done at 8:30 am this morning. STILL STUCK IN THE LOBBY WAITING FOR IT TO BE DONE .... 4 hours later!!! Pretty unacceptable service. I won t renew my service options here.
