We had a great experience purchasing our new Mazda3 at the Autobarn of Evaston. I first made some inquiries by email and got an immediate response from Chris Norton. He made himself available for answering further questions by phone as well. This helped us make our decision before we went to the Autobarn to purchase the car. We have a 4-month old and no one to babysit for us, so we had to take him with us and being able to expedite the process was key. Chris was very friendly and candid, and Moses in the financing office was also excellent at explaining the different financing options. The facilities are comfortable and kid friendly with a customer lounge in the second floor with games for toddlers and older kids. I definitely recommend the Autobarn and Chris Norton for your next Mazda purchase.
