I have to say, that I have always paid for my telephone bills and I received their private number, the connection was weak and they got my name wrong and then immediately asked me for my privacy details, when I understandably refused to do so and asked that some written communication be sent to my registered address, I was berated - I then asked for the caller's personal details and was advised that I didn't have a file for them and I responded how do I know they have a file for me without any information but they were beyond rude, happy to give them a 1 star but I see nearly the majority of users have beat me to it. The irony is that I pay all of my bills so if I indeed "owe" just $150 on a bill, I would gladly pay it with evidence of that bill as I need the invoice to be able to pay it, I do not need to be insulted by this company though
