Honestly, who likes to shop for a new or used car? Number 1 on my list of things I do not want to do.

What a pleasant surprise dealing with Chris Kummer. He is one of the most down to earth, honest, knowledgeable and courteous sales associates my husband and I have dealt with in all the years of purchasing new vehicles.

Honda of Seattle has the right business philosophy and more dealerships would benefit from using the business model. Being transparent, honest and no hidden agendas or fees makes buying a new car a very pleasurable experience. It doesn't have to be something everyone dreads doing.

Chris Kummer and Danon Dugan made us feel welcome and at home during the entire process. We feel we received a very good deal and both walked out with a smile on our face. Better deal than we ever expected. We were absolutely blown away with the offer they gave us and there was nothing more we had to ask for after their first offer they presented to us. My husband and I were speechless.
