I was nervous walking into Larry H Miller Toyota, because I know how dealerships are, they try to convince you in getting a car that you don't even want. I really like Shawn. She is very nice, a good listener and very thorough in explaining things, also very honest. She had answers to all of my questions and if she was unsure of one she found out for me and got back to me with it. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a car talk to Shawn. She'll show you options of the cars that you are looking for. She made me feel comfortable, there was no sense of pressure at all. Thanks Shawn for helping me with my vehicle.
