Losani homes does not honour what they sign into the contract, allowing you instead to walk away if they decide not to. Will come up with a multitude of reasons to not fix warrantee issue in the home. I will never buy another home from Losani and 6 years later still tell everyone I meet that there home build is subpar and to avoid them.
