Background: We enjoyed eating at Wilderness Ridge until we moved to another state 3 years ago. We were back on June 5, 2016, and went to the Sunday Brunch which was more than disappointing. The selections for breakfast buffet were not much better than the cheap motels. We ordered eggs benedict which was served on a 3 day old English Muffin with a hard boiled egg and red sauce . The muffin could not be cut with a table knife. The Prime Rib was cold. I do not think our next visit will include Wilderness unless we know there is a new chef. We had to constantly ask for service. This is extremely sad for a restaurant in a beautiful setting.
