Received a two tier upgrade to a themed suite despite being an ordinary base level Hyatt member. Thank you.

The club lounge serves good food at happy hour but can be overcrowded. You make your own coffee rather than being served as in some upscale hotel.

Overall the only hotel I will stay at in Canberra.
