Monday late afternoon my car died as I was driving to work. The estimated repair was 1400. I had been wanting a Nissan Rogue and found one online at Landers McClarty- a 2015 that they had recently acquired. While waiting for the tow truck to come get my car, I called and spoke to Rob the used car sales manager. He was very kind and said I could just have my car towed directly there.

When we arrived, Rob assigned us to Pete who was absolutely amazing. They let us drive the car home Monday evening, then come back Tuesday to finish paperwork. They worked hard to give us a fair deal and payments that work for us. I can t say enough about how amazing and caring both Pete and Rob are!

When we drove the car Monday and Tuesday, the AC was blowing really cold! However yesterday morning (less than 24 hours after signing the papers), it stopped working. I immediately called Rob who told me to bring it in first thing this morning, which I did. I am confident that this amazing dealership will take good care of us and fix the problem that was obviously in the works when we bought the car!

Edited to add: Rob called this morning to say it is the compressor and would be $1100. I said that was unacceptable. Right now he s talking with the service department to see what they can arrange. My review will be 5 star or 1 star depending on how this situation is handled. If they had done a thorough pre-sale assessment of the vehicle, they would have known the compressor was going out.
Update...it is now Monday, and I haven t heard a word from Rob. I am still hoping they will take care of this situation, because I would love to leave a 5 star review since the initial buying experience really was good.

Final Update: This morning Matt, the service director called me and apologized profusely for this situation. He explained that they stand behind every car they sell, and told me he would get it fixed for me today. He was true to his word. I couldn't be happier with my car and the way that Matt handled everything!
