We have had this pet insurance policy for 6 years, thank goodness never needed it.
Until recently our cat was diagnosed with eye cancer. Everyone I dealt with at petfirst was helpful, compassionate and responsive.
They paid our claim quickly and fairly.
Im very happy I had this insurance plan.
