I contacted the locasun sales department on several occasions, 2 months before my stay to inform them of my (reasonable) request to postpone my vacation from August 2020 to August 2021 or to benefit from a credit note valid for 18 months.
I no longer wanted to leave during this exceptional period of the COVID 19 pandemic.
the answers of my many interlocutors: "make the cancellation insurance work, but it does not take into account the covid19 reason".
I lost 700 , and locasun probably lost a regular customer.
To flee !
