Normally I don't write reviews but this has been eating at me since July. I received an add in the mail from Washington Energy Services that on the front, where it was addressed to me, in the largest Print on the card it said " SUMMER SALE 15% OFF", and on the left side of the same side it listed a number of services including "Standard Tank Water Heater" and "Plumbing and Repiping". I called made an appointment and had a new water heater installed. Instead of 15% off I received a $50 discount. When I called and spoke to customer service they told me there was nothing they could do about it for me. I faxed them the add and still nothing. Nothing if I can help it I will NEVER do business with them again. Truly NOT what they advertised. False advertising? You tell me, happy to send the ad to you!
