My wife and I have been customers of Keith Pierson Toyota since 2011. We always service our truck at the dealer and on December 2nd, 2017 we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Dan Gambler, who provided us with his knowledge and skill. We were pleased with his service and recommendations. In fact, we ordered some weather strips with Mr. Dan Gambler's help. We made an appointment for the following weekend since the parts were already in. When my wife arrived that weekend, she spoke to Mike. She did not like the way he was talking to her and decided to leave. However before she could, Mr. Dan Gambler came and calmed her down, telling her he would take care of it. He kept his word. This is just one of the experiences I've had at Keith Pierson Toyota. To conclude, Mr. Dan Gambler has always remained professional with us and shows to be extremely knowledgeable and respectable. I'm glad Keith Pierson Toyota has a great services specialist such as him.
