I have had to call their a call there are couple of times for rebate that I probably misspelled are sent too late and every time they have been more than accommodating as well as very fair with their prices and we just love their store we don't go to the one in Wisconsin we go to one in Illinois but we are pleased with everything we get from there and pleased with the service when we have to call corporate
